高校教育信息化建设的定位探析——以江苏高校淮海工学院为例

信息化已经成为全球各行各业发展的必然要求,信息化建设水平也已成为衡量一所高校教学、科研、管理水平的重要标志。文章在介绍"国家对教育信息化建设的最新要求"和"江苏省对高校教学信息化建设的最新指导意见"基础上,阐述了高校教育信息化的发展趋势,分析了淮海工学院教育信息化建设的现状和存在的问题,并由此进一步指出了普通高校教育信息化建设应坚持的共性发展定位。  相似文献   

Are Educational Psychology Courses Educationally and Psychologically Sound? What Textbooks and Teachers Say

Educational psychology courses should be the best taught courses on college campuses given that its instructors and textbook authors are resident experts in learning and teaching. More specifically, we contend that educational psychology courses should adhere to six principles. Educational psychology courses should: (a) be driven by teaching models, (b) integrate theory and practice, (c) provide opportunities to practice teaching skills, (d) present an integrated model for instructional planning, (e) prepare teachers to teach learning strategies, and (f) help students learn. We surveyed practicing teachers and analyzed current educational psychology texts and found that these principles are not upheld. We report on the principles, our findings, and how an educational psychology course that upholds these principles might be developed.  相似文献

国外环境规划公众参与中GIS的应用模式主要有技术支持模式和社区融合模式。技术支持模式是当今较为流行的模式，在这种模式里，第三方（大学或私人公司）提供给社区数据、软件和分析，社区自由提出问题和想法，第三方的角色在于提供研究和分析。社区融合模式是指社区通过第三方（大学或企业实体）获取硬件、软件和数据，专家在社区建构GIS的发展能力，第三方的角色是建立基础设施，社区帮助第三方确认并收集他们所需的数据。针对我国环境规划公众参与不足的现状，提出借鉴国外经验将GIS技术逐步应用于我国环境规划公众参与中的设想。  相似文献   

Person-centred reviews and transition: an exploration of the views of students and their parents/carers

The person-centred review (PCR) is a model for the review of a student’s special educational needs (SEN) which places the young person and their family at the centre of the process. This mixed-methods, exploratory study investigated the views of 16 students with SEN aged between 10–11 years (Year 6) and 13–14 years (Year 9), and their parents/carers on their PCRs (which were mostly held at transition). Attention was paid to potential changes in the young people’s locus of control and feelings towards school. Findings indicated that the PCR is a collaborative, constructive and reassuring process for families where a wealth of information is shared openly and honestly within a relaxed, yet structured, meeting. The young people were generally positive about the process, although many felt daunted beforehand. Some parents felt the meeting was too long and not entirely accessible to children. The study did not conclude that the young people’s locus of control or feelings towards their education changed following the PCR. Implications for good practice are discussed, particularly for educational psychologists and in the context of the SEN and Disability Code of Practice.  相似文献

作为中国文化象征的中国书法，其发展必须从宏观文化角度进行考虑，需要一个宏观跨领域的战略规划指导。本文提出了一个建立于书法文化链基础上的发展战略构想。在总结了中国书法的书法文化链是书法在中国文化体系中起到链接、枢纽、节点功能并形成的涉及面广、内容丰富和底蕴深厚的文化体系和集群；在此基础上的“大书法文化”发展战略对书法文化的全面弘扬和可持续发展、乃至对促进带动我国视觉艺术产业发展，具有重大意义。本文同时提出了基于“大书法文化”理念的书法文化发展纲要的研究内容构想，并探讨和展望了书法文化的价值体系、书法文化目前发展的现状和主要问题、书法文化在国民经济地位测算、未来学术研究等相关关键问题。  相似文献
